Another Quality Precast Installation by the team at Urban Cranes for our City Beach project on Hesperia ave.Their professionalism, detailed organisation and 'easy to do business with' attitude has proven again with a successful installation, and resulted in a very happy client for us.This Precast installation was particularly challenging as the panels are left 'Raw' and exposed, so we knew we could trust Urban with taking the utmost Care when Rigging and erecting so as to leave them clean and correct.We have and will continue to use Urban Cranes for our Precast Panel installations, our Clients are impressed by our work and Urban are a key part of our team.

Mistake of using Urban Cranes nearly destroyed our dream family home. The photos speak for themselves.Cutting corners and not following technical data sheets issued by manufacturers causing us consequential damage that are hard to comprehend. Grouting of panels & sealing of joints all done incorrectly or not done at all. Water ingress through nearly the entire home needing it to be ripped out and redone.On top of poor worksmanship, company directors hostility and refusal to investigate and remedy the situation is mind boggling. Instead threatning to rip the house down piece by piece with his crane, shutting down the company to avoid any liability and start up a new company the following day, file a restraining order against me as he claims to have seen me driving on a public road in his neighbourhood.... list goes on and on.More to follow.... check Facebook Shonky Builders Page for more nifo and discussion
